A 29-year-old man, known as John Villalpando, was arrested after he allegedly made disturbing threats, claiming he would shoot bystanders at the event. Thankfully, no one was injured during this chaotic moment. Luckily, Villalpando was apprehended quickly by school resource officers from the Bryan police department. This will be his 13th booking in the Brazos County jail since 2013, a fact that adds a layer of concern for many in the community.

At the time of this arrest, he was on probation related to a previous felony incident, indicating ongoing issues that have contributed to his repeated encounters with law enforcement.
