After Kennedy Powell started the game with a walk, she wasted no time getting her team on the board by scoring on an RBI single from Mya Perez. But that was just the beginning! A fielding error by LMU’s first baseman allowed Mac Barbara to hit a single, letting Perez advance safely. Koko Wooley joined the action with a fielder’s choice that brought Perez home.
