The college community of College Station is set to enjoy the grandeur of the much-acclaimed Roni’s Mac Bar, a Waco-based macaroni and cheese franchise, from this coming Saturday.
A First Franchise Outside Waco
The delight comes as the coveted “Viral Mac and Cheese Place” opens its first franchise outside the ambit of its corporate flagship store in Waco. College Station’s new Mac and Cheese heaven resides on 711 University Drive Suite 200. This arrives as good news for the students, locals and the general macaroni and cheese admirers.
However, the culinary journey of Roni’s Mac Bar does not end here. Following the College Station launch, other franchises are all set to open later this year in various locations, including Utah, Missouri and Harker Heights, Texas.

Excitement seeped through the words of proud Aggie alumna Kristen Curbo from the Class of 1995, delighted to bring the franchise to her college town. “As a proud member of Fightin’ Texas Aggie Class of 1995 who lived in the dorms on North Side, and now Aggie mom who loves Northgate, I have wanted to return to Aggieland for years, and Roni’s has given me the perfect reason to do just that,” Curbo said in a statement.
