From Iola to College Station

Born on July 6, 1937, in the charming little town of Iola, Texas, Jean was shaped by her parents, Mable Howard (née Watson) and JC Howard. Growing up in Iola, she embraced the beauty of nature and family traditions, which would stay with her throughout her life.
