OPAS to Partner with All Heart Inc. to Support Teachers in Bryan, Texas

As summer rolls in, teachers are more than just vacationing. They are utilizing the off-hours to equip classrooms for the upcoming academic year. To aid their endeavors, Texas A&M OPAS and All Heart Inc. are joining hands to collect donations and school supplies. The initiative kickstarts at the upcoming show ‘Come From Away.’

A Partnership Inspired by Unity

Fabi Payton, the CEO of All Heart Inc., views this partnership as an embodiment of unity and mutual support that the show ‘Come From Away’ promotes. The narrative focuses on building relationships and extending aid to strangers amidst adversity, mirroring the current initiative’s essence.

Aligning with the initiative’s spirit, Monica Martinez, the Teacher Closet Team Lead, emphasizes how it resonates with the challenges teachers face. She says, “We all know teachers struggle and filling their classroom and filling the supplies, so it builds that bridge in helping fill those classrooms.”

Call for Community Support

To make a significant impact, the partnership seeks community participation in the donation drive. They are soliciting contributions of essential school supplies like sharpies, dry erase markers, pencils, highlighters, tape, and glue sticks.

Join the Cause

To contribute and cooperate with this cause, you can participate in the upcoming show ‘Come From Away.’ For ticket information and further details about the initiative, you can visit their Facebook page.

Make a difference this summer by supporting the educators in your community. After all, the sparks of knowledge they ignite, shape the future.
