Northgate Welcomes Two New Bars Following Major Renovations

BRYAN, Texas – A new wave of excitement has hit Northgate’s social scene as two new bars are introduced following much-anticipated renovations. Baumhaus, a jungle-themed nightclub, and First Down, a rooftop sports bar, will transform the once single-story Toku 12 into a thrilling three-level nightlife experience that is set to revolutionize expectations among local patrons.

The Dawn of Baumhaus and First Down

Expected to draw great crowds, the second and third floors of the renovated building will be home to Baumhaus and First Down respectively. “What we’re trying to do here is revolutionize the whole building,” Rafael Hernandez, one of the bar owners, stated with genuine enthusiasm. “It’s going to be… Something completely different than what College Station’s ever seen before.”

Another significant owner, Juan Diego Gonzalez, reflected on the journey he and Hernandez have made, from leading bar promoters to successful business owners. With vivid anticipation, Gonzalez spoke of the incredible opportunity to serve a community who share their Aggie roots. “We understand what they’re looking for,” Gonzalez averred, laying emphasis on their commitment to deliver stellar experiences to their customers.

Keeping Student Life in Mind

The thoughtfully designed renovation will offer a dedicated boba shop for student use on the first floor, reinforcing the owners’ dedication to catering to the student population. “We want the student body, as well as College Station, to know that this is pretty much someone that was just like you,” added Gonzalez.

Opening Soon

As the flourished renovations proceed, the owners hope to unveil their dream project to the community by mid-August. The new additions aim to revitalize the local entertainment scene and foster a vibrant nightlife community.

Creating New Experiences

The grand unveiling of Baumhaus and First Down is not only a mark of new experiences but also a testimony to the ambitious vision of local entrepreneurs. With a keen understanding of the campus community’s preferences and a knack for making memorable nights, the young Aggie owners are set to redefine the way locals enjoy their evening outings in Bryan. While old favorites remain, these exciting new additions are sure to enhance Northgate’s reputation as a nightlife hotspot.

As Bryan, Texas anticipates the grand reveal of these new venues, the local nightlife industry appears ready to move to its next thrilling chapter within the heart of Aggieland.
