Northgate Springs Back With Two Brand New Additions

Bryan, Texas- Northgate, a popular local spot for nightlife, is set to make a dynamic comeback with what could potentially become the highlight of the city’s night scene. What once was Toku 12 will soon evolve into three separate levels of unique experiences.

Three Floors, Three New Meaningful Experiences

Marked renovations will see the first floor being converted into a boba shop primarily designed for student use. The second and the third levels of the building are set to be transformed into distinctive bars.

Contacted With Nature: Baumhaus

The second floor of the grand edifice will host Baumhaus, a jungle-themed nightclub, manifesting the concept of mingling tunes with the vibes of wilderness.

Happy Days Are Here Again: First Down

First Down, a rooftop sports bar, will complete the trio of new offerings in style, occupying the entire third floor, capturing and enhancing the beautiful evening views of Bryan, Texas.

A Revolutionised Approach

“A complete revolution of the whole building”, as Rafael Hernandez, one of the founders, puts it, while Juan Diego Gonzalez, the other partner, acknowledged their previous work experience as bar promoters and hope to translate those skills into their personal venture.

Gonzalez said that they understand their students and are looking forward to offering an experience tailored to their taste. He added, “We want the student body, as well as College Station, to know that this is someplace that was created by people just like them.“

Mid-August Anticipation

The renovation is underway across all three floors with the owners aiming for a mid-August opening day. While their ambitions are high, their dedication and commitment to bridging the gap between student life and local nightlife are highly commendable.
