Several teams got down and dirty on a Saturday morning in Snook, Texas, for the 13th annual Hog Splash. The fundraising event was hosted to raise funds for the nonprofit organization Hospice Brazos Valley.

Fundraising for a Good Cause

Funds raised by the event stay local, benefiting the numerous communities covered by Hospice Brazos Valley. Cindy Emola, spokesperson for the event, stated, “All the money stays local, which is very important to a lot of people. And we cover 17 counties. And so the money that is raised by this goes and stays in the local area.”
