Garza was arrested in December of last year, and while his bonds totaled $75,000, he was released from jail just a day after his arrest.

Stelton Wendrick Govan II: Serious Charges of Continuous Abuse

The third case revolves around Stelton Wendrick Govan II, who is 24 and also hails from College Station. Govan faces more severe charges with an indictment for Sexual Abuse of a Child Continuous with a Victim Under 14. This is classified as a first-degree felony and is taken exceptionally seriously. The alleged offense dates back to March 2018, and Govan remains in jail with a hefty bond set at $500,000.

Tishawon Tiriayon Moore: Recent Allegations of Sexual Assault

Lastly, we have Tishawon Tiriayon Moore, a 19-year-old from College Station who is indicted on charges of Sexual Assault of a Child, a second-degree felony. This incident allegedly occurred in October 2023. Moore was arrested in February 2024, though he was released just two days later on a $25,000 bond.
