The city of Bryan is set to host the annual Fall Wedding Show on Sunday, August 4th. Organized by the Wedding Association of the Brazos Valley, the event promises an exciting opportunity for couples planning to tie the knot.
From 1 to 4 p.m., the Brazos Center will be filled with wedding professionals ready to bestow their knowledge and services to the participating couples. Everything needed to make a wedding day special, from the venue and its decorations to the food and entertainment, will be discussed and arranged in breadth and depth.
Honeymoon planning is also part of the package, ensuring that the newlyweds start their new chapter with a memorable trip. Furthermore, attendees are in for a pleasant surprise as door prizes will be up for grabs during the show.
Participants and visitors alike will have the chance to explore a myriad of options available for their special day. Interactive displays and demonstrations will provide rich information and ideas for wedding planning. Experts in the field will conduct sessions on various wedding-related topics, catering to specific interests and concerns.
The Fall Wedding Show is more than just an exhibition; it is a complete, fun-filled experience. Besides exploring various wedding elements, visitors can look forward to special performances and culinary treats. The event organizers have also implemented health precautions to provide a safe and secure environment for all attendees.
The purchase of tickets, priced at $15 in advance and $20 at the door, will not only offer an immersive wedding planning experience but will also help support two local causes. The proceeds will be partially donated to the Pink Alliance, a non-profit organization that zealously advocates for breast health and cancer support.
In addition, a part of the earnings will be directed towards the students of Texas A&M University’s Hospitality, Hotel Management and Tourism Department. This will enhance their exposure and learning, preparing them to serve the best in their future careers.
Anyone interested in attending the event can purchase tickets online or at the door on the event day. It is important to note that all guests age three and up require a ticket to enter, and to ensure the safety and comfort of all attendees, strollers will not be permitted on the show floor.
