Carlson Law Firm Advocates for a Safer Fall Season

BRYAN, Texas- Fall is a bustling season in the heart of the Brazos Valley, a time of changing leaves, cooler weather, and, unfortunately, an uptick in accidents often resulting from negligence. The Carlson Law Firm is stepping in to provide essential safety reminders for the community members to follow.

Promoting Road Safety

“Primarily, give yourself time, don’t be in a rush, and remain vigilant of your surroundings,” advised Kathryn Knotts, a partner in the firm. “Second, avoid distractions. Put down your cell phone and concentrate on your surroundings.” She added that road safety is a major concern, especially during the fall season, as weather changes can pose additional danger for drivers.

“When experiencing inclement weather conditions, consider giving yourself extra time and maintaining extra distance between your vehicle and the one ahead,” suggested Knotts. “Autumn in succession brings erratic weather, dark mornings, and early nightfall – increasing the risk factor on the road. It’s imperative to adapt your driving habits and ensure safety.”

Their team of dedicated and compassionate lawyers works tirelessly to deliver justice for their clients and make Texas a safer place.
