COLLEGE STATION, Texas – A local man, Stelon Wendrick Govan II, has been accused of sexually abusing three children, all under the age of 14, over a period of several years. The alleged abuse is said to have begun in 2017 and continued until 2023. Shocking information about the reported abuse came to light in a probable cause affidavit following Govan’s arrest on Monday.
