An almost $9.4 million construction contract, backed by a $1.4 million contingency, has been awarded for this substantial project. The total projected budget for the project is approximately $12.3 million.

In addition to the road revamp, the entire project also encompasses the construction of sidewalks on both sides of Lincoln Avenue. The project also sets out to replace the existing water and sewer lines, improving the essential utility services in the vicinity.
